TERMS OF SERVICE

(UPDATED 10/1/25)these terms are a little bit lengthy, but we would like to be as clear as possible about our commission process.we reserve the right to deny commission services to you for any reason.commissioning us means you have read and understood our terms of service.

currently, we are accepting payments via paypal and ko-fi. we strongly recommend ko-fi, as it guarantees all money goes through to us. paypal invoices tend to take a small portion of the money sent.for paypal payments, we will request an email linked to your paypal so we can send an invoice.for ko-fi payments, you can pay here[we will not start your commission until you have paid your commission up front in full.

our art is NOT to be used for AI training purposes, NFTs, or cryptocurrency. if we find out you are using our art for these purposes, we will blacklist you and will call you out for it publicly.do not trace our art or claim our art as your own.commercial usage of our work is not allowed. (personal use is fine!)if you would not like your commission shown publicly you must tell us in advance.complex designs on characters that are not easy to simplify may result in a fee ranging between $5-$20, depending on complexity.NSFW commissions will cost an extra fee of $10. for patrons with a "little woof" tier or higher, this fee is waived.

we STRONGLY prefer visual references to use for commissions.
other references for characters or props (such as text-based references, collages, etc) will include a 15% fee.
please note that without a visual reference, we may show some form of artistic liberty in your piece.we will try to work with you as much as possible, but if we are for some reason unable to complete your request, we may decline your order.rude or abusive clients will have their commission dropped entirely. a refund will be given depending on how far we've gotten in your commission, and you will not receive any further art.
you will be blacklisted and we will warn others about you publicly.

if your commission is accepted, we will give you a price (and a brief breakdown of the different parts of your commission, if applicable).
once the price is confirmed, payment is expected within 3 days (72 hours).once your commission is paid, we will start on it as soon as possible. we will send 2-4 WIPs (works in progress), depending on the commission you ordered. these WIPs show:character sketch
background sketch (if applicable)
character lineart + color
background lineart + color (if applicable)we will adjust certain details in the sketch or the colors when requested, such as minor mistakes, slight color changes, or slight pose adjustments, without charge.
any full redraws of sketches, major changes to lineart, or major changes to colors/patterns will result in a 15$ nonrefundable fee.
we will not continue your commission until this fee is paid.you may request a WIP of your commission at any time.

we WILL NOT draw content of the following subjects:-fascism/nazism]{violet}
-politics
-ABDL/babyfur/diapers
-bigotry (lgbtphobia, racism, sexism, etc.)
-harmful phrases/slurs that you or we cannot reclaim
-beastiality/pedophilia/necrophilia
-scat/watersports
-visibly abusive situations, verbal or physical
-noncon
-content involving vivziepop or her works
-heavy gore
-incest
-suggestive/NSFW art of/for minors
-other sensitive topics that may not be listed hereany attempts to bribe or threaten us into drawing content we will not draw will result in you being blocked and blacklisted from our services.
if the offense is severe, we will warn others about you publicly.

we will allow a full refund before the first sketch is finished and confirmed.if the sketch is already confirmed, and the rest of the commission is being worked on, we will only give partial refunds of up to 75%.we will not give refunds if we have finished and confirmed the lineart and colors for the character(s) (and the background, if applicable)

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE TERMS MAY RESULT IN A BLOCK, BLACKLIST (TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT), AND POSSIBLY A PUBLIC "BEWARE OF CLIENT" DEPENDING ON SEVERITY. COMMISSIONING US MEANS YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS.
